Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting Careertronic’s training and technology services.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, and outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners
  • Present and promote Careertronic services including training programs and technology solutions
  • Work closely with marketing and technical teams to align business strategies
  • Track leads, manage follow-ups, and maintain sales records
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Basic understanding of IT services, training programs, or technology industry
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools
